Welcome Pen Pals!
Map.
Unless I am even more absurdly misinformed than usual, we have had visits today from China, Sweden, Portugal, Brazil, Italy, Spain, even exotic Québec on the banks of the near-mythical Outaouais. I got our map (above) out of the car and noticed that there seem to be some really alarming whales, storms, monsters, etc., where most of you folks live. I hope you are coping with that stuff ok. We have bears, but nothing bigger than that, and nothing I would really call aquatic. On the plus side, we finally got our furnace fixed, so it's a lot warmer in here today.
So, anyway, welcome!

Monsters and storms, yes. S. saw a rat the size of a green vase in the middle of the street on her way home last night. She thought it was a cat at first, but it wasn't.
Holy shitzola. They probably hiked up from Boston after the Dig.
Wait a second, how big is a green vase exactly?
Dude man how do you put little notes on the linkx?
A green vase is as big as the one on S.'s kitchen table (an alarmingly whopping size for a rat btw), which she used to demonstrate, but I thought it was funny to say it like that. There've been street-rat sightings since the big storm here. The bay and waterfront were befilthed, possibly to a degree unfriendly even to elephantine and maleficent vase-rats.
It's the img tag, not the link itself:

I can never remember whether it's "alt" or "title" that works in both Mazola and Exploder, or one in each, or whatever, so I do both.
You should definately read "The Pirates! in an adventure with.." series. Hilarious. You reminded me because there's a part of the sea the Pirate Captain avoids because he thinks there's a sea monster there because it's drawn on the map. Well worth a read.
You're now all linked up on me blog!

I checked out The Pirates! series on Amazon, it does sound like my kind of thing. Thanks for the tip.
& thanks for the link!
