Sounds like Creighton is a woman. But she was using a fake penis filled with Bostic's (presumably drug-clean) urine) to pass a drug test? WTF, mate? Was she gonna pull out a latex cock and start squeezing it for someone else's urine during the test? Bizarre doesn't even begin to describe this story. Chicks with dicks, indeedy.
Or maybe Creighton is biologically a man, but prefers to describe himself as a woman. After three decades of social constructivism, we've been brought to believe that gender is just a cluster of artificial descriptions -- an invention, as they say, rather than a discovery -- with no actual basis in an independent reality. Gloria Steinem would find this incident perfectly natural.
Well, I guess there's plenty of room for interpretation!
